Der Deckchair ist ein Sessel mit Ottomane für den Objekt und Wohnbereich. Inspirationsquelle für den Entwurf war das Skateboard. Der Loungechair besteht aus fein gepolsterten Sitzschalen welche auf ein Drehgestell montiert sind. Die Sitzschalen sind aus sieben Lagen Ahornfurnier gepresst und werden mit Lenkgummis aus Skateboard-achsen flexibel an das Gestell fixiert. Dadurch schmiegen sich die ein-zelnen Sitzelemente perfekt an den Körper des Sitzenden an.
The Deckchair is a loungechair with ottoman for contract and residential area. Source of inspiration for the design was the skateboard. The Lounge Chair is made of finely upholstered seat shells which are mounted on a metal base. The seat shells are pressed out of seven ply maple veneer and are fixed with bushings from skateboard trucks flexibly to the frame. Thus, the individual seat elements nestle perfectly to the body of the seated person.
